President SCCI Junaid Altaf chaired an Islamic Banking Awareness Session organized by Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan, Experts at the session emphasized the growing role of Shariah-compliant banking in strengthening Pakistan’s economic landscape and promoting sustainable financial solutions. Senior Vice President Muhammad Nadeem, Secretary General Muqtasid Ahsan, officials from State Bank of Pakistan, EC Members Director Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, President Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Peshawar, representatives of commercial banks, and members of the business community attended the session.
