President SCCI, Junaid Altaf, attended the Uzbekistan-Pakistan Business Forum 2025 at Getz Pharma., Karachi, and held a productive discussion with Executive Chairman Getz Pharma, Mr. Khalid Mahmood, on strengthening pharmaceutical trade and future collaboration.

He emphasized the importance of establishing a Getz Pharma manufacturing unit in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, enabling local pharmacists, skilled workforce, and industries to benefit from Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and enhancing the region’s export potential.

Mr. Khalid Mahmood welcomed the proposal, expressing his interest in visiting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa soon to explore the possibility of setting up a production unit in the province.
